Took about an hour to refill all 4 cartridges. The printing results are superb and the delivery time was great. Product exactly as described, although I used the toner refill port on each cartridge rather than cutting a hole in the cartridge wall. I'm sure each method works well but for me using the toner fill port was a bit messy but fine for me. I'll contact Tonercharge to thank them for great service.
